Terms of Service

1. The service

AstroNode provides a developer-first Vedic astrology API and a hosted dashboard. You agree to use the API in accordance with these terms, the per-plan rate limits, and the published OpenAPI specification.

2. Acceptable use

You will not: (a) use the API to make medical, financial, or legal recommendations to end users; (b) misrepresent AstroNode output as astrologer-vetted advice without explicit human review; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas; (d) resell raw API access to third parties without a Custom plan agreement.

3. Disclaimers

AstroNode output is informational and cultural. We make no claims about the predictive validity of astrology for any specific outcome. You are responsible for surfacing appropriate disclaimers to your end users in any product that consumes AstroNode output.

4. Service-level objectives

Free and Starter plans: 99.5% monthly uptime target. Pro plan: 99.9% monthly uptime target. Custom plan: contractual SLA. SLO breaches do not entitle you to refunds outside of the published refund policy.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms with immediate effect. Pre-paid amounts are refunded pro-rata per the refund policy.

6. Liability

AstroNode is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
