Privacy Policy

1. Birth data

Birth inputs (date, time, place) submitted to compute endpoints are not persisted by default. We retain only a request hash and the engine version used, for debugging. If you explicitly save a report from the dashboard, the input + output are stored for 30 days, after which they are purged.

2. Account information

We store the email you signed up with, an Argon2id hash of your password, your API keys (hashed), your session cookies (hashed), usage events for billing and analytics, and any reports you choose to save. We do not sell or share account data with third parties.

3. Payments

Card data is handled exclusively by our payment processors (Razorpay for India, Stripe for global). We never see, store, or transmit raw card numbers. We retain billing metadata (subscription state, invoices) as required by tax law.

4. Analytics

We use a privacy-respecting analytics stack with no third-party trackers beyond reCAPTCHA on public forms. We do not use cookies for tracking outside of the authenticated session cookie.

5. Your rights

You can delete your account from the dashboard; this revokes all keys and sessions, soft-deletes account data, and triggers a 30-day final purge. You can export your data on request via contact. DPDP Act 2023 (India) and GDPR (EU) compliant.
